Key Responsibilities- Monitor and track WBS/PDC/NAPIMS budget performance and identify potential overruns
- Manage NAPIMS contract CFTs and maintain updated ECP contract registers on a weekly basis
- Compile, review, and submit yearly budget work packages (IB, RB, FYP) with supporting documentation to PAR
- Coordinate budget dry-runs and ensure VM dashboard updates for performance monitoring
- Provide technical guidance on budget performance issues including over-performance, underperformance, and unauthorized activities
- Ensure contracts are implemented in strict accordance with stipulated terms and conditions
- Interface with PAR, NAPIMS, NCDMB, DPR, and third parties on SUBCOM meetings and quarterly true-ups sessions
- Prepare monthly cost accuracy estimates, PAR dashboards, and KPI reports
- Act as secretary to the ECP Project Steering Committee
- Follow up on identified issues and facilitate timely closure of PAR/C&P/SCC concerns
- Engineering background with minimum 13 years' experience in oil and gas installation construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and AutoCAD
- Experience with SAP, BW, CONTIKI, and CARS systems
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
