Key Responsibilities- Deliver well-structured and engaging Economics lessons to secondary school students in alignment with established curricula.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Encourage interactive classroom discussions and real-world applications of economic theories.
- Monitor student performance, provide constructive feedback, and offer extra support to struggling learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance academic programs and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment conducive to academic growth.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Professional teaching certification (e.g., TRCN, PGDE, or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching Economics in a reputable secondary school or international curriculum setting.
