We are currently looking for a passionate and qualified Economics / Commerce Teacher to join our dynamic academic team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a class effectively, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
- Identify and adopt the most effective teaching approaches to suit diverse student needs.
- Monitor teaching and learning activities to ensure academic progress and meet curriculum standards.
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured sequences of lessons in Economics and Commerce.
- Teach skills that develop students ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Foster social independence and critical thinking among students.
- Contribute to subject leadership and school improvement plans to ensure continuous academic progress.
- Assess, record, and report students academic progress and personal development accurately.
- Possess a minimum of B.ED, B.Sc(Ed), B.A(Ed), or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Compulsory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Possession of a P.G.D.E. and T.R.C.N. certification will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in English or French languages (written and spoken) with a proactive, go-getter attitude.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and shaping young minds.
- Conversant with 21st-century ICT tools and educational technology.
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent team player and team builder with at least one year of teaching experience.
