Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Economics and Commerce to secondary school students.
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans aligned with modern educational standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized support.
- Foster a nurturing and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Prepare students adequately for internal and external examinations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support holistic student development.
- A strong university degree in Economics, Commerce, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Exceptional grasp of Economics and Commerce subject content with a proven track record of effective teaching.
- Must be computer literate with professional proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate and utilize the internet for research and digital learning.
- Professional certifications in the British Curriculum will be considered a strong added advantage.
