Key Responsibilities- Assist the Principal in the daily administrative and academic operations of the school.
- Monitor curriculum implementation and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Mentor, guide, and evaluate teachers to enhance classroom performance and professional growth.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe school culture for students, staff, and parents.
- Oversee student discipline, attendance, and general welfare with a compassionate yet firm approach.
- Coordinate school events, timetables, and academic assessments efficiently.
- Possess a very good Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Demonstrate exceptional tutoring, nurturing, and leadership abilities.
- Must have a very good grasp of subject content across the curriculum.
- Proficient in computer operations, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong digital literacy with a good understanding and use of the internet for educational purposes.
- Professional certifications in the British Curriculum will be an added advantage.
