About the Role
Bave Design Studio is a leading web design company specializing in high-performing WordPress and Shopify stores, and we are currently looking for a driven E-commerce Manager to optimize our digital storefronts. In this hands-on role, you will take complete ownership of online catalogue accuracy, visual merchandising, and the overall customer shopping experience to drive conversions and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end product uploads, accurate pricing, and comprehensive catalogue maintenance across Shopify and WooCommerce platforms.
- Ensure high visual quality by resizing, cropping, and optimizing product images in alignment with brand standards.
- Execute strategic website merchandising, including featured collections, promotional banners, and seasonal campaign launches.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to identify broken links, incorrect pricing, out-of-stock errors, and checkout friction.
- Collaborate with inventory, marketing, and customer care teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance the user journey.
- Monitor e-commerce KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value, and traffic to produce actionable weekly and monthly performance reports.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management, online retail, or a similar digital operations role.
- Demonstrated proficiency working with major e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Strong working knowledge of image optimization tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Exceptional attention to detail with advanced data management skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Solid understanding of basic e-commerce analytics, digital marketing metrics, and conversion rate optimization.
