About the Role
Smart Energies (formerly Smart Gas NG) is transforming the Nigerian cooking gas industry through our innovative, technology-driven platform designed to make purchasing safe, efficient, and convenient. We are currently looking for dynamic Ad Hoc Contract Staff to join our field team in Badagry. In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding our customer base, promoting household safety, and delivering exceptional service directly at retail partner locations.
Key Responsibilities- Register and seamlessly onboard new customers at designated retailer outlets using the SmartEnergies Subsidy App.
- Perform essential safety checks on customer cooking gas cylinders and cookers prior to handover.
- Accurately collect, record, and report daily customer, sales, and distribution data.
- Provide reliable after-sales support, including refill reminders and basic customer assistance to ensure high satisfaction.
- Minimum of an SSCE certificate required.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and flexibility with field working hours.
- Comfortable and quick to learn smartphone applications alongside simple paper documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, clear communication style for interacting with customers and retailers.
- Must reside in or be fully able to commute and work within the Badagry area.
- Physically fit and able to remain active on your feet during field outreach and distribution days.
