Telic International Academy is a premier private early childhood and primary educational institution located in the vibrant city of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. We are committed to delivering excellence in early education, providing strong care and learning foundations starting from infancy through elementary levels. We are currently looking for passionate and qualified Early Years Teachers to join our dedicated team and foster a nurturing, stimulating environment where young learners can thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with early childhood educational standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and play.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, maintaining detailed records of academic and social development.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child's individual learning journey and well-being.
- Integrate creative arts, play-based activities, and basic ICT tools into daily classroom routines.
- Foster positive social interactions and encourage good behavior among students.
- Possession of a B.Ed, B.Sc, or HND with a PGDE or equivalent, or an NCE qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable teaching experience in an early years or primary setting.
- Valid TRCN certification is considered a strong added advantage.
- Proficiency in basic ICT skills for modern classroom management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong classroom management abilities.
- Must be hardworking, highly creative, and a collaborative team player.
