Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive and engaging lessons in Civic Education in alignment with modern 21st-century teaching schemes.
- Foster critical thinking, moral values, and social responsibility among students within a conducive learning environment.
- Assess student progress, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback to support academic and personal growth.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom atmosphere that encourages active student participation.
- Participate actively in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular club activities.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance curriculum delivery and support overall school development objectives.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in Education, Political Science, or a related field from a recognized tertiary institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of verified teaching experience, preferably within a structured nursery, primary, or high school setting.
- Strong pedagogical skills with a deep understanding of civic education curricula and active learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management abilities.
