Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for Nursery 1 students in alignment with the school curriculum.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, maintaining accurate records of developmental milestones and academic achievements.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians through effective communication regarding their children's progress.
- Implement positive behavior management strategies to support young learners in understanding classroom routines and social interactions.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Proven prior experience teaching in a nursery or early years classroom setting.
