Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for early years students
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes creativity and exploration
- Integrate digital tools and innovative teaching strategies into daily classroom activities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to learners and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum aligned with school standards
- Foster character development and social-emotional learning alongside academic growth
- Maintain detailed records of student development and learning outcomes
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification or credential
- Minimum 2 years of experience in early years/primary education
- Demonstrated proficiency in integrating technology into classroom instruction
