We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Early Years Teacher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create engaging learning experiences that foster intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development in our young learners. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure each child receives the support needed to thrive academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that promote cognitive and social development
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians
- Maintain detailed records of student achievement and developmental milestones
- Collaborate with colleagues to support school initiatives and faith-based values
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the school community
- Minimum of NCE (National Certificate in Education) or B.Ed qualification
- Prior teaching experience in primary or early years settings (advantageous)
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for child development and academic excellence
- Willingness to embrace and support our faith-based educational philosophy
- Valid teaching credentials and professional certification
