Emprum British Academy is a reputable co-educational institution located along Ada-George Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. We are currently seeking a passionate Early Years / Phonics Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to early childhood education and phonics development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active learning.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and school management.
- Design creative learning materials utilizing available playing apparatus to foster cognitive growth.
- Instil positive moral and godly values in alignment with the foundational principles of the school.
- Minimum qualification of NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc, BA, or a relevant teaching certification.
- Proven prior experience in nursery or primary education is a distinct advantage.
- Deep knowledge of phonics instruction and early childhood pedagogy.
- Familiarity with both the British and Nigerian curricula will be considered an added advantage.
