Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging daily lessons based on the Montessori curriculum and Cambridge standards.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages child-led exploration and social development.
- Observe, assess, and document each child's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional progress.
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
- Manage classroom behavior positively and effectively, promoting independence and self-discipline among young learners.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school leadership to enhance the overall early years program.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching experience within an Early Years or Montessori setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and modern pedagogical strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Certification or training in Montessori education will be an added advantage.
