Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to early childhood development stages.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages positive social interaction and emotional growth.
- Monitor, assess, and document students' academic, social, and physical progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
- Implement positive behavior management strategies and foster good habits among young learners.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to enhance the early years curriculum and school activities.
- Organize creative activities such as art, music, storytelling, and outdoor play to support holistic development.
- Possess a minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching experience in an early years or nursery school setting within Nigeria.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and modern early childhood pedagogical approaches.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
