Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, creative, and child-centred lessons tailored to early childhood development.
- Support pupils academically while intentionally developing their character, emotional intelligence, and self-confidence.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment using effective classroom management techniques.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, school leadership, and parents to support holistic child development.
- Participate actively in continuous professional development and remain receptive to constructive feedback.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, punctuality, and institutional accountability.
- Minimum qualification of NCE, B.Ed, B.A., or B.Sc. in Education or a related field.
- Prior relevant teaching experience in early childhood education is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated strong passion for teaching, mentorship, and child development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Patient, nurturing, and confident disposition suitable for managing young children.
