Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, child-centered early childhood and primary lessons in alignment with Montessori principles.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages holistic child development.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular, constructive feedback to learners and management.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and coordination skills in classroom management and school activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to support the academic, social, and emotional growth of every child.
- Proven passion for teaching and a natural ability to nurture and guide young children.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior teaching experience is an added advantage.
- Certification or specialized training as a Montessori educator is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to reside within the school premises in Ugwuogo-Nike, Enugu.
