About the Role
Moniepoint is a leading financial technology company digitising Africa's real economy by building a robust financial ecosystem for businesses. We are looking for a dynamic Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the operational delivery of our structured early-talent ecosystem, spanning university relations, campus hackathons, internships, and graduate conversions.
Key Responsibilities- Build and execute engaging strategies to connect with university students and emerging talent through hackathons, tech talks, and career fairs across Nigeria.
- Manage the annual early-careers recruiting calendar, coordinating outreach, assessment cycles, and structured internship programmes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define project scopes, secure dedicated mentors, and drive objective intern conversion assessments.
- Optimize high-volume application workflows within our Applicant Tracking System while championing bias-free evaluation processes.
- Track key programme metrics, including candidate diversity, NPS, and retention, to ensure continuous improvement.
- 5 to 7 years of talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on campus recruiting, university relations, or early-career cohort hiring.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian higher education landscape and emerging tech talent communities.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in utilizing modern Applicant Tracking Systems and data-driven recruitment metrics.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with students and senior stakeholders.
