Action Against Hunger | ACF Nigeria LTD/GTE, a global humanitarian organization committed to ending world hunger, is seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will champion our mission by supporting our greatest asset: our people. You will drive HR operational excellence, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and foster a positive, engaging work environment across our base.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate contract administration, onboarding, and the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation.
- Manage monthly payroll processing, employee records, timesheets, and medical insurance updates in collaboration with the Abuja team.
- Implement standardized staff induction programs, facilitate training sessions, and support continuous learning and development.
- Provide expert HR advisory services, ensure consistent policy implementation, and promote a culture of gender equality and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate workforce statistics, tracking tools, and confidential HR documentation to support data-driven decisions.
- Oversee internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and the maintenance of staff notice boards.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support, including guest accommodation and office procurement requests.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional HR administration experience within a structured organization.
- Solid knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience with HRIS and payroll systems, with proficiency in Homere software considered a strong asset.
- Advanced computer literacy, including strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
