As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Human Resource Manager to spearhead our people operations, cultivate a positive workplace culture, and support our talented staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from sourcing top-tier talent to seamless onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure full compliance with company policies and Nigerian labour laws.
  • Oversee employee relations, attendance, leave management, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
  • Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, KPI tracking, and staff development plans.
  • Coordinate employee training, capacity building, and workplace wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and resolve people-related challenges.
  • Partner with finance to support accurate payroll administration by providing verified attendance and data.
  • Prepare comprehensive HR reports and deliver actionable workforce insights to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of proven HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Active professional certification such as CIPM is a strong added advantage.
  • Deep understanding of Nigerian labour practices, recruitment strategies, and employee relations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern HR management systems.
