Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy engaging, interactive, and visually appealing e-learning content and multimedia assets.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and translate them into effective instructional design strategies.
- Manage and maintain the organization's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless user experience and accessibility.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, feedback, and data analytics, continuously improving course materials.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in instructional design and educational technology to enhance learning outcomes.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating engaging and interactive digital learning content.
- Proficiency in modern authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and user experience best practices.
