We are currently looking for a dynamic and resourceful Purchasing Officer to join our vibrant team and help us maintain our commitment to excellence through efficient supply chain and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and purchase high-quality food items, kitchen supplies, and packaging materials at competitive prices.
  • Conduct regular market surveys and weekly market runs to identify the best vendors and pricing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Data Entry Officer, Store Keeper, Business Administrator, and Business Development Manager to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records, purchase logs, and expenditure reports.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers while ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor inventory turnover and implement effective cost-control measures.
Qualifications
    Minimum of OND or HND in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven knowledge of local markets and exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, absolute trustworthiness, and high attention to detail.
  • Physically fit and able to undertake regular market runs.
  • Prior experience in the fast-food, hospitality, or retail sector is a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a collaborative team player.
