We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Supervisor to plan, direct, and supervise our airport operations, overseeing team and service provider performance to meet the highest global standards. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring financial, customer service, quality, safety, and security objectives are seamlessly delivered in accordance with all regulatory and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift basis, ensuring strict adherence to arrival and departure checklists, brand requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Manage safety and security outcomes through effective hazard identification, compliance monitoring, and prompt incident reporting.
- Coordinate VIP, MAAS, PRM, and special category guest requirements to ensure personalized and flawless service delivery.
- Liaise closely with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC to manage operational disruption recovery and minimize guest impact.
- Drive on-time performance (OTP) through effective coordination, mitigation, accurate reporting, and meticulous follow-up of flight delays.
- Promote customer service-related standards, monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive airport ancillary sales.
- Degree-level education preferred (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or relevant industry experience with demonstrable frontline communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience within the service, hospitality, airline, or retail industry, featuring solid knowledge of airport policies and aviation operations.
- Previous exposure to a high-pressure, multicultural environment in a supervisory role within a shift-based setting.
