About the Role

Woodridge and Scott Consulting is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Driver Administrator to support our client, an established player in the vehicle leasing, transportation, and logistics industry. As the business expands, we are looking for a dedicated professional to manage driver schedules, maintain records, and ensure seamless fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the daily activities, schedules, and assignments of company drivers.
  • Maintain accurate driver records, including licenses, certifications, and training reports.
  • Monitor driver attendance, trip logs, fuel usage, and route performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with maintenance teams to report vehicle faults, service schedules, and downtimes.
  • Investigate incidents, traffic violations, and accidents, preparing detailed reports.
  • Support driver recruitment, onboarding, and periodic performance reviews.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly administrative and operational reports for management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience in driver or fleet administration.
  • Strong knowledge of the Lagos road network and transport compliance procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must reside on the Lagos mainland.
