Key Responsibilities- Safely transport staff, documents, goods, and company assets to designated locations across assigned routes.
- Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to guarantee absolute roadworthiness.
- Maintain the cleanliness, proper servicing, and general upkeep of the assigned company vehicle.
- Monitor fuel levels, engine oil, fluid levels, and tire pressure regularly, reporting any mechanical faults promptly.
- Strictly adhere to Nigerian traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies at all times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs for trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all vehicle documentation, including insurance, licenses, and roadworthiness certificates, remain valid.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as required while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
- Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification from a recognized institution.
- Possession of a valid and current Nigerian Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Proven professional driving experience of 2 to 5 years within a corporate environment.
- Extensive knowledge of local routes, major highways, and traffic navigation apps.
- Basic understanding of routine vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs.
- Good communication skills, physical fitness, and the flexibility to work occasional weekends.
