Key Responsibilities- Transport medications, medical supplies, and other sensitive items safely and promptly to designated customers and healthcare facilities.
- Plan the most efficient delivery routes to strictly meet scheduled timelines and avoid unnecessary delays.
- Verify all delivery details prior to dispatch and accurately obtain proof of delivery when required.
- Perform routine checks and ensure the assigned motorcycle is consistently well-maintained, clean, and in optimal working condition.
- Strictly adhere to all local traffic laws, highway codes, and internal safety regulations at all times.
- Report any delivery issues, logistical delays, accidents, or maintenance needs immediately to management.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and effective communication when interacting with clients and customers.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- Possession of a valid rider's license and a clean driving record.
- Proven professional experience working as a Dispatch Rider or delivery courier will be an added advantage.
- Comprehensive and practical knowledge of local routes, particularly within Gbagada and surrounding Lagos areas.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Physically fit and capable of handling physical delivery-related tasks in various weather conditions.
- Must currently reside in or around Gbagada, Lagos State (please note that no accommodation is provided).
