About the Role

We are currently seeking a professional, safety-conscious Driver to join our team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in our daily operations by ensuring the secure and timely transportation of personnel, documents, and materials while upholding our strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely transport authorized employees, visitors, equipment, and materials to designated locations.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure absolute roadworthiness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle logbooks, fuel records, and trip documentation.
  • Ensure assigned vehicles are consistently clean, properly serviced, and maintained.
  • Strictly observe all Nigerian traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving procedures.
  • Promptly report any vehicle defects, traffic incidents, or accidents to management.
  • Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic updates to guarantee timely arrivals.
  • Assist with the loading, offloading, and secure fastening of materials when required.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling passengers.
  • Participate actively in mandatory defensive driving and HSE training sessions.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent academic qualification.
  • Must possess a valid Nigerian Driver's Licence suitable for the relevant vehicle category.
  • At least 3 years of verifiable professional driving experience, preferably within structured corporate or industrial environments.
  • Prior working experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial support operations is a distinct advantage.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of major Nigerian road networks and traffic management systems.
  • Certified defensive driving training and valid medical fitness certificates are highly preferred.
  • Strong commitment to HSE compliance and vehicle safety protocols.
