We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our vibrant school community and ensure our facilities remain pristine and conducive to learning.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and administrative offices.
- Ensure all school facilities, furniture, and play areas are free from dust, dirt, and safety hazards.
- Manage waste disposal efficiently and maintain adequate supplies in restroom facilities.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards appropriate for an educational environment.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to school management.
- Assist occasionally with maintaining school grounds and preparing spaces for school events.
- Hold an NCE, OND, HND, B.Ed., or a relevant academic qualification.
- Proven professional experience working as a cleaner, custodian, or in a similar housekeeping role, preferably within a school or childcare setting.
- A genuine passion for working in an educational environment and around children.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
