About the Role
Dewatering Construction ETC Limited is a specialised dewatering company with a highly trained team of professionals in Well point dewatering and allied services. We are currently looking for a reliable, experienced Driver to join our dynamic team and ensure the safe and efficient transportation of personnel, materials, and equipment to various project sites within and outside Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Safely drive and operate company vehicles to transport staff, equipment, and materials to and from designated project sites.
- Navigate Lagos roads expertly and plan efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
- Conduct routine daily inspections of the vehicle, checking oil, water, battery, brakes, and tyre pressure.
- Report any mechanical faults, maintenance needs, or accidents promptly to management.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the company vehicle both inside and outside at all times.
- Strictly adhere to traffic laws, highway codes, and company safety policies.
- Perform minor routine maintenance tasks and ensure vehicle documents and licenses are up to date.
- Minimum of Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
- Proven professional driving experience with a clean driving record.
- Deep and up-to-date knowledge of Lagos roads and surrounding states.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a current LASDRI permit is strictly required.
- Proximity to Yaba, Lagos, or the ability to commute easily is necessary.
- Good communication, punctuality, and professional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours when project demands require travel outside Lagos.
