Shepherd International College, a government-approved private secondary school in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, is recruiting a skilled and professional Driver. Our institution is dedicated to providing qualitative education of international standard in a secure, serene environment conducive to learning. We are seeking a dependable professional to support our school operations through reliable transportation services.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain school vehicles in excellent condition
- Transport staff, students, and materials safely and on schedule
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and safety standards
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain detailed records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
- Demonstrate professional conduct and courtesy to all passengers
- Assist with school activities and events as required
- Valid driver's license (minimum Category B; Category C/D preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Clean driving record and safety certification
- Basic mechanical knowledge and vehicle maintenance skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of Ado-Ekiti routes is an advantage
