We are currently looking for a professional, courteous, and dedicated Driver to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will serve as a vital ambassador of our brand, ensuring the safe, comfortable, and timely transportation of our esteemed guests, management, and team members while upholding our legendary standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure safe and secure transportation of guests, management, and hotel property following all Nigerian traffic laws and regulations.
- Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage loading and unloading, and provide a welcoming first and last impression.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections, monitor fuel levels, and coordinate routine maintenance to keep assigned vehicles in pristine condition.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and travel itineraries while ensuring all vehicle documentation and licenses remain valid.
- Collaborate effectively with the Front Office, Concierge, and Security departments to manage airport transfers and guest schedules.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding guest information, VIP movements, and hotel business operations at all times.
- High School graduate or equivalent educational qualification with a valid Nigerian Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably within a luxury hotel, corporate, or hospitality environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Lagos roads, traffic routes, and surrounding areas.
- Possession of a valid medical fitness certificate and strong commitment to defensive driving practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
