About the Role
Timekeepers International Limited is a premier distribution and retail company specializing in world-leading watches, jewelry, and accessories across Nigeria and the West African sub-region. We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and experienced Personal Driver to provide safe, comfortable, and timely transportation for our principal. The ideal candidate must be professional, discreet, punctual, and possess expert knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and timely transportation for the principal to work, meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for occasional weekends and after-hours travel.
- Plan routes efficiently and monitor real-time traffic conditions to ensure prompt arrivals.
- Keep the assigned vehicle in a clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition at all times.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical faults or maintenance needs.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, fuelling, repairs, and documentation renewals as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the principal's movements, activities, and personal information.
- Assist with personal errands, collections, deliveries, and other assigned tasks professionally.
- Ensure the absolute safety and security of the principal and any transported items.
- Comply strictly with all Nigerian traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Keep accurate records of fuel consumption, servicing schedules, and vehicle-related expenses.
- Minimum of an OND or equivalent educational qualification.
- Possession of a valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
- At least 3 years of professional driving experience as a personal or executive driver.
- Exceptional knowledge of Lagos geography, landmarks, and alternative routes.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a courteous demeanor.
- Must be trustworthy, highly punctual, discreet, and well-mannered.
