About the Role

Baykins Pharmaceutical Company is a dynamic organization dedicated to unifying healthcare and professional growth. We are currently seeking a responsible, reliable, and experienced Driver to join our growing team in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily operations by providing safe, punctual, and efficient transportation for our staff, materials, and official assignments, ensuring our high standards of professionalism are met on the road at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely transport staff, company representatives, and materials to designated destinations on schedule.
  • Maintain the company vehicle in a clean, pristine, and optimal working condition at all times.
  • Conduct routine vehicle checks and promptly report any mechanical faults or required maintenance.
  • Strictly observe all Nigerian traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date logs of all trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.
  • Handle official errands, deliveries, and other transport-related duties with utmost discretion.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and professional etiquette during all official assignments.
  • Report any accidents, incidents, or road emergencies immediately to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Safely operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles as required by the company.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Must possess a valid, current Nigerian Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
  • At least 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably within corporate environments.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Lagos roads, major routes, and traffic management strategies.
  • Must be responsible, punctual, highly reliable, and safety-conscious.
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be physically fit, well-groomed, and presentable for corporate duties.
  • Must reside within close proximity to Lekki, Iyanowore, Jakande, Ikate, Maruwa, or nearby areas.
