About the Role
Homeland Integrated Offshore Services Limited is a leading indigenous multidisciplinary organization offering premier Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation services within the Nigerian oil and gas sector. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Drilling Logistics Lead III to join our Projects, Drilling and Exploration Procurement team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will oversee day-to-day logistical operations, materials management, and supply chain strategies to ensure seamless support for our offshore and onshore drilling activities.
Key Responsibilities- Review drilling programs for each rig and well to determine and list equipment, tools, and material requirements based on drilling instructions.
- Coordinate daily material movements and ensure all onshore and offshore site requirements are met efficiently.
- Maintain safe, compliant storage for company-owned drilling equipment and tools.
- Manage timely inventory replenishment through procurement, fabrication, or third-party repair services.
- Supervise drilling logistics contractor staff and ensure strict adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Associate Degree coupled with formal training in mechanical trades.
- Extensive experience in supply chain and logistics, ideally within international frontier operations and oil and gas drilling support.
- Demonstrated expertise in material handling equipment operations including cranes and forklifts.
- Strong background in local labor supervision, inventory control, oilfield accounting, and contract administration.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
