Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate physical and digital records of all company documents, property titles, and client files.
  • Monitor and ensure strict compliance with internal company policies, industry regulations, and statutory requirements in Nigeria.
  • Review legal and operational documentation to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Liaise with external regulatory bodies, government agencies, and legal partners to facilitate timely approvals and document processing.
  • Prepare comprehensive compliance reports, audit trails, and documentation updates for management review.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and recommend proactive solutions to safeguard the company and its investments.
  • Support the legal and administrative departments with general documentation tasks and inter-departmental projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Law, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in documentation, compliance, or administrative roles, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of Nigerian real estate laws, land documentation processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using document management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and database software.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
