About the Role
Paradise Haven Hotel is a premier 2-star hospitality establishment located in the heart of GRA Quarters, Sagamu, Ogun State. We are dedicated to providing top-tier executive comfort and recreational experiences for our diverse clientele of business travelers and leisure guests. To elevate our entertainment offerings, we are currently seeking a vibrant and experienced professional to join our team as a DJ. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the perfect ambiance and keeping our guests entertained across our various lounge and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Curate engaging and appropriate music playlists tailored to the hotel's diverse clientele and events.
- Operate, manage, and maintain professional sound and DJ equipment efficiently.
- Read the crowd and adjust music genres dynamically to maintain high energy and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate with event planners and hotel management to deliver seamless entertainment during scheduled programs and themed nights.
- Ensure compliance with hotel noise policies and safety regulations during all performances.
- Proven, relevant experience working as a professional DJ in a hotel, lounge, club, or event setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage positively with guests and staff.
- Ability to thrive and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Demonstrated honesty, high reliability, and a strong commitment to being a collaborative team player.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current musical trends across various genres.
