About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant, Procurement & Logistics to join our team in Nigeria to support our impactful humanitarian operations and ensure seamless administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily office operations, ensuring the availability of office supplies, stationery, and proper maintenance of office equipment.
  • Assist in collecting purchase requisitions, drafting RFQs and RFPs, soliciting quotations, and preparing bid analysis sheets in compliance with donor guidelines.
  • Maintain the vendor database, track purchase statuses on the procurement tracker, and assist with processing vendor payments in liaison with the finance team.
  • Coordinate fleet management by scheduling vehicle use, tracking fuel consumption, mileage, and organizing routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Provide logistics support for domestic travel, staff meetings, training sessions, workshops, and field missions.
  • Manage physical and digital documentation, filing systems, and general correspondence to ensure efficient information retrieval.
Qualifications
  • First Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in administration, procurement, or logistics, preferably within the INGO sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented work style.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced humanitarian work environment.
