Key Responsibilities- Define and own the organization's strategic and academic vision while raising operational standards across departments.
- Develop comprehensive marketing, communication, and academic strategies tailored to client and organizational objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary teams including designers, strategists, and educators to build a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Drive business development by leading proposal development, acquiring new clients, and identifying innovative service offerings.
- Contribute directly to revenue growth, client retention, campaign performance, and the upselling of strategic services.
- Review and approve deliverables before client presentation, providing constructive, actionable feedback to ensure premium brand positioning.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
