Key Responsibilities- Participate in comprehensive rotations across various departments including property management, valuation, and agency services.
- Conduct market research, property inspections, and data analysis to support client advisory services.
- Assist in preparing accurate valuation reports, property listings, and client presentation materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage client accounts and execute strategic real estate projects.
- Engage in continuous professional development training and mentorship sessions provided by industry experts.
- Hold a minimum of a Second-Class degree from an accredited university.
- Must be 27 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Have successfully completed the mandatory NYSC programme.
- Possess no more than 2 years of post-NYSC work experience.
- Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exhibit excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern digital collaboration tools.
- Show active involvement in extracurricular, volunteer, or community-building activities.
