We are currently seeking a results-driven and experienced Distribution Partner Specialist to join our team in Port Harcourt. In this pivotal role, you will represent and manage our business relationships with assigned distribution partners and wholesalers in the FMCG, food, and beverage industry. Your primary focus will be executing strategic business plans, driving volume growth, optimizing distribution channels, and tracking key performance indicators to ensure market success across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate regular meetings with distribution partners to communicate company strategy, review KPIs, discuss regional opportunities, and conduct sales team training.
- Assign and monitor sales, distribution, and execution targets for distribution partners, providing ongoing coaching and field support.
- Collaborate with partners to develop comprehensive annual business plans covering organization requirements, volume projections, and investments.
- Manage assigned financial budgets, including trade incentives, promotional expenses, and point-of-sale allocations.
- Leverage business intelligence tools and competitor insights to identify market opportunities and ensure accurate data submission across systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of outstanding sales experience within the Consumer Goods or Beverage industry, with prior distributor and supplier management experience.
- Demonstrated multi-channel exposure spanning General Trade, Modern Trade, Wholesale, and On-Premise environments.
- Proven track record in team leadership, motivating external partners, and driving sales execution.
