We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Station Cashier to join our dynamic team at one of our bustling retail stations.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and process payments accurately via cash, POS terminals, and bank transfers for fuel, lubricants, and other station products.
- Reconcile daily cash collections against sales records and prepare accurate shift reports.
- Maintain strict financial accountability and safeguard all cash and payment instruments under your custody.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all customers while resolving payment enquiries.
- Operate payment terminals correctly and immediately report any technical issues or transaction discrepancies to the Station Manager.
- Enforce company financial controls, safety guidelines, and proper shift handover procedures.
- Minimum of OND, NCE, or SSCE in a relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Cashier, Teller, or in a similar retail finance role, preferably within the downstream oil and gas sector.
- Exceptional numerical skills and high attention to detail.
