Key Responsibilities- Dispense and fit optical lenses and frames according to prescriptions
- Provide professional advice on lens options and optical products
- Conduct eye measurements and tests as directed by optometrists
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of optical equipment
- Undertake shift duties and emergency healthcare assignments as required
- Support public health initiatives promoting vision care awareness
- Recognised qualification in Dispensing Opticianry
- Valid Registration Certificate from the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Registration Board of Nigeria (ODORBN)
- Valid National Identification Number (NIN)
- Must be an indigene of Zamfara State
- Age between 18 and 40 years
- Medically and physically fit for employment
- No criminal record or history of dismissal from public service
- NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate (where applicable)
- Recent passport photograph
- Birth certificate or Declaration of Age
- Local Government Indigene Certificate
- Academic and professional qualification certificates
- Internship completion certificate (if applicable)
