About the Role
KwikFit Tyres is a trusted locally-owned tyre repair centre and dealer committed to delivering exceptional customer service across Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, and surrounding areas. We are recruiting a skilled Dispatch Rider to join our dynamic team and ensure efficient, reliable service delivery to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities- Execute timely and accurate delivery of tyre products and services to customers across Lagos and regional locations
- Maintain vehicle safety standards and adherence to traffic regulations
- Optimize routes to ensure cost-effective and prompt deliveries
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding delivery schedules
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and ensure proper vehicle upkeep
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve concerns promptly
- Minimum School Certificate qualification
- Minimum 4 years proven experience as a Dispatch Rider or Logistics Officer
- Valid and current Riders Permit
- In-depth knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic patterns
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
