About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated and well-mannered Dispatch Rider to join our fast-paced operations team and ensure timely package deliveries across Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily pick-ups and deliveries of ecommerce orders and company packages across designated routes in Lagos.
- Utilize map and navigation applications efficiently to plan the fastest and safest delivery routes.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Provide daily delivery reports and follow-ups to the logistics coordinator.
- Maintain a professional, polite, and well-mannered demeanor when interacting with clients and customers.
- Ensure all items are handled with care and delivered securely in pristine condition.
- Valid and current rider's card authorized by the Lagos State government.
- Proven working experience as a dispatch rider in Lagos with deep knowledge of major routes.
- Proficient in reading maps and using smartphone navigation apps like Google Maps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polite attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight delivery deadlines.
