We are currently expanding our operations and looking for a reliable Inventory & Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining seamless inventory control, organizing stock, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, count, and document all incoming IT products and inventory accurately.
- Organize warehouse shelves systematically and maintain a clean, safe, and secure working environment.
- Record and update all stock movements, including receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches.
- Pick, pack, and stage products properly for timely dispatch while handling sensitive electronics with care.
- Assist with periodic stock counts, cycle counts, and full physical inventory reconciliations.
- Ensure strict compliance with company inventory policies and escalate any discrepancies immediately.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, moving, and arranging warehouse stock safely.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital inventory tracking tools.
- Must reside in Ikeja or easily accessible neighboring areas in Lagos.
