About the Role
Blue Coral Healthcare Services (BCHS) is looking for a dedicated and experienced Dispatch Rider to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for the prompt and secure transport of official documents, medical packages, and bulky items, ensuring our operations run seamlessly while representing our brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Safely and punctually pick up and deliver items, documents, and packages to designated locations.
- Verify delivery addresses and contact customers prior to arrival to confirm logistics.
- Keep customers and management informed regarding delivery status, shipment dates, and availability.
- Collect and account for payments for delivered items accurately.
- Maintain proper records of all deliveries and related logistical expenses.
- Minimum of a Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC).
- Proven professional experience as a dispatch rider with a valid riding license.
- Familiarity with local routes and navigation within the city.
- Strong communication, reading, and writing skills.
- Good numeracy skills for managing delivery records and cash transactions.
- Polite, patient, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
