About the Role
Prixair, Nigeria's premier hospitality conglomerate encompassing luxury hotels, catering services, properties, studios, and fine dining establishments, is seeking a dedicated Dispatch Rider to join our logistics operations. This role is critical to ensuring our guests and business partners receive timely, professional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and deliver parcels, documents, products, and items to designated locations accurately and safely
- Ensure all deliveries meet scheduled timeframes while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Obtain proof of delivery documentation and communicate status updates to customers and office staff
- Plan optimized routes to minimize delivery time and reduce operational fuel costs
- Handle all items with care to prevent damage or loss during transit
- Maintain strict compliance with Nigerian road safety and traffic regulations
- Perform regular motorcycle maintenance and keep vehicle in roadworthy condition
- Report mechanical issues, accidents, and delays promptly to management
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel consumption, and expenses
- Process customer payments when required and provide proper accountability
- Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all customer interactions
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) required
- Proven dispatch or delivery experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Lagos geography and major routes
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Professional communication abilities and customer service mindset
