We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Disbursement Officer to join our dynamic Operations team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless vehicle delivery processes, meticulous documentation, and an outstanding handover experience for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct final vehicle quality checks and rigorous verification of engine and chassis numbers.
- Ensure vehicle tracking devices are properly installed and fully functional prior to handover.
- Coordinate comprehensive vehicle registration, insurance processing, and compliance documentation.
- Manage safe and efficient vehicle movement from the central warehouse to designated delivery points.
- Facilitate professional, customer-centric vehicle handovers and explain operational features.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date disbursement records within the Loan Origination System (LOS).
- Support the continuous improvement of internal disbursement, logistics, and fleet operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in logistics, fleet management, auto-finance, or vehicle dealership operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of Nigerian vehicle registration, licensing, and insurance processes.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital management systems, ERP software, and asset-tracking platforms.
