About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director, Corporate Services to oversee our administrative, financial, technological, and human capital functions. In this executive capacity, you will act as a catalyst for organizational excellence, ensuring that all corporate support services seamlessly align with our overarching strategic vision and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an integrated corporate services strategy that aligns with the Group's mission and drives operational excellence.
- Direct end-to-end human capital management, executive recruitment, talent retention, and institutional culture building.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, investment strategies, and rigorous risk management protocols.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives, enterprise IT infrastructure upgrades, and robust cybersecurity frameworks.
- Lead brand management, corporate communications, media relations, and impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.
- Manage facility operations, physical asset preservation, and comprehensive security protocols across all company locations.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree, HND, Master's Degree, or Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Extensive senior leadership experience within a conglomerate, corporate services environment, or large-scale organization in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial governance, human resource management, and digital transformation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian regulatory frameworks and corporate governance best practices.
