In this role, you will play a vital part in managing digital trading transactions, supporting our valued clients, and maintaining accurate operational records while upholding our high standards of compliance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and monitor digital trading transactions across various platforms with high accuracy.
- Assist customers with digital trade enquiries, account issues, and transaction-related requests.
- Process trade orders, verify transaction details, and ensure meticulous documentation of all digital records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and escalate technical problems promptly.
- Prepare periodic reports on digital transactions and operational updates for management.
- Ensure strict adherence to the organization's financial policies and regulatory compliance guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guarantee optimal client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with onboarding new customers onto digital services and trading platforms.
- Minimum of an OND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong computer literacy with proven ability to navigate digital platforms efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, featuring fluent written and spoken English.
- Outstanding customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data processing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital financial transactions is an added advantage.
